About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced consultant to help our client, a leader in technology development and digital product innovation, optimize their AI/ML ecosystem and establish a robust governance structure.
The primary focus of this assignment is twofold:
- Assess and enhance the current AI/ML infrastructure.
- Design a governance framework that aligns with legal requirements and industry best practices in the AI domain.
You will play a critical role in overseeing the AI/ML environment’s continuous improvement while ensuring legal compliance and ethical management.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI/ML Architecture Review:
Conduct an in-depth assessment of the existing AI/ML infrastructure, including data pipelines, algorithms, and models. Identify areas for improvement and potential risks. - Strategic Roadmap Development:
Create a comprehensive roadmap outlining short- and long-term goals for AI/ML capabilities, with clear milestones, timelines, and resource needs. - Supplier Evaluation:
Evaluate AI/ML platform suppliers based on functionality, scalability, compatibility, and cost, providing recommendations and a detailed comparison for future procurement. - Requirement Specifications:
Develop a detailed specification document to guide the procurement of an AI/ML operations platform, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. - Governance Framework Design:
Develop a governance structure that complies with the AI Act and addresses AI ethics, data privacy, model transparency, and risk management. - Ongoing Ownership:
Act as the primary point of contact for the AI/ML strategy and governance structure, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

What We Expect:
- 10+ years of AI/ML experience, with at least 5 years in senior roles.
- Proven track record in designing and optimizing AI/ML architectures in large enterprises.
- Experience in developing strategic roadmaps and managing AI/ML platforms.
- Strong expertise in AI governance, compliance, and procurement processes.
- Familiarity with legal frameworks such as the AI Act.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Willingness to travel if necessary.
