What You’ll Be Up To:
- Oversee and optimize performance, costs, and capacity of 3PL operations.
- Monitor and analyze customer experience and delivery metrics while maintaining KPIs and SLAs.
- Lead major projects within European External Fulfillment, Supply Chain, and Transportation.
- Collaborate on process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Play a key role in contract negotiations with external fulfillment partners.
- Prioritize and manage projects, setting clear expectations for stakeholders.
- Foster effective communication channels to ensure seamless information flow across teams.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, process-driven logistics or production environment.
- Solid 3PL or fulfillment operations knowledge.
- Proficiency in English and Swedish (C1 level).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Bonus Points for:
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and sound business judgment.
- A proven track record of successfully delivering projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Familiarity with Lean methodologies (Kaizen, Six Sigma).
- Experience with SQL, Visual Basic, or Power BI.
- A master’s degree in a related field.
