Project Manager – Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) for SAP S/4HANA Transformation

Soros Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) workstream within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program for a leading utilities company. In this role, you will work closely with the Business Lead, IT Lead, and 10+ business units to ensure successful execution of the EAM processes in SAP S/4HANA. The role requires coordination between business and IT teams, managing risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Business Lead in driving the EAM workstream within the SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Act as the key liaison between program management and the EAM workstream, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment.
• Oversee engagement with 13 business units, coordinating with 4-5 business coordinators to facilitate execution, and be responsible for the aggregated workstream plan.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Work closely with the IT Lead to ensure alignment of business requirements with IT delivery.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide regular updates to program leadership and business stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong project management experience, preferably within SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), particularly in the utilities sector, is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage complex workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with SAP EAM and business process transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both business and IT teams.
• Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and change management.

Language Requirements: Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, is required.
