Experienced Project Manager Consultant for Global Online Fraud Platform Implementation

Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead the implementation of our new Global Online Fraud Platform. Having recently procured this platform, we aim to implement it globally across our online business. The role involves managing and coordinating the entire implementation process, working closely with multiple teams and stakeholders across the organization to ensure a smooth deployment. You will be responsible for creating agile project plans, setting roadmaps, and defining market-standard KPIs to measure the success of the delivery. You will also work within H&M’s Business Tech PI planning and agile structure.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a project manager with several years of experience managing cross-functional teams in global organizations. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential, as well as the ability to think creatively and critically when tackling challenges. We believe you have a proven track record in managing online business projects, particularly in the checkout and payment flows, and experience in agile project management. Knowledge of online fraud prevention, including payment fraud, chargebacks, and approval rates, is crucial. Experience with fraud prevention platforms like Forter, Signified, or Riskified is a plus. You should have a security-first mindset and a solid understanding of security concepts. Leadership experience is key, particularly in leading teams without formal staff responsibility. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are essential for this role.
