Procurement Financial Controller
We are currently looking for a highly skilled Procurement Financial Controller for a consulting assignment at a global company within the automotive and industrial technology sector.
About the Assignment
In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing and optimizing the financial aspects of the procurement function. You will support decision-making by providing deep financial insights and ensure cost control and reporting excellence in a dynamic, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Oversee procurement-related financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Cost Analysis: Perform detailed product cost analysis and provide financial insights to support key procurement decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present monthly and quarterly procurement reports, including key metrics and performance indicators.
- Process Optimization: Identify improvement areas and implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce cost across procurement processes.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or similar.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance roles.
- Previous experience in procurement finance or cost controlling is a strong advantage.
Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills and strong ability to work with large datasets.
- Experience with financial tools such as SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Language:
- Full professional fluency in English (mandatory).
- Swedish is a plus but not required.
